This guided Galle to defeat Colombo by 10 wickets in their National Super League Four-day cricket fixture at Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium yesterday.
With this victory, Galle claimed the top spot with 4 outright wins and accumulated 112.21 points, securing their place in the final. Kandy, in second place with 3 wins, obtained 92.58 points. The grand final is scheduled to be played from the 30th at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
Meanwhile, at Pallekele Stadium, the match between Dambulla and Jaffna ended in a draw yesterday.
