The annual get-together and ‘Wasantha Udanaya 2024’ which was organised by the Colombo High Court (CHC) Welfare Association was recently held at the Prison Grounds, Colombo.
The event saw interesting games and items of which the Avurudu Kumariya and Avurudu Kumaraya contests, judged by popular actress Nirosha Thalagala, were the main highlights.
The other Avurudu games such as pillow fight, bun eating, placing the eye on the elephant, breaking the pot and lime and spoon race were also held. The event was graced by the Colombo High Court Judges, attorneys and many other officials of Colombo High Court.
