HNB Assurance PLC has appointed Stuart Anthony Chapman as the Chairman of the Board with effect from May 24, 2024 a company filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange said.
He will be replacing present Chairperson of the Board and Non-Independent /Non-Executive Director, Rose Cooray, who will be completing her term on May 23, 2024 as per the direction (Direction no: 02 of 2022 dated February 252022) of the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.
