NIHAL JAYASOORIYA – It is with great sadness that we wish to inform the passing of NIHAL JAYASOORIYA – Class of S. Thomas’ College,​ Gurutalawa. A retired planter,​ he has been an active member of the Old Boys Association of S. Thomas’ College,​ Gurutalawa – Colombo Branch. Known for his vitality,​ sense of humour and wordly views,​ he will be deeply missed by his wife Jamila and daughter Manique along with his extended family,​ friends and colleagues. His remains will lie at Restpect Funeral Parlour on Monday,​ 8th April from 8.30 a.m. onwards. Cremation will take place at the Borella General Cemetery on the same day at 5.00 p.m.024427

Cortege will leave residence at 12,​ Kalyani Mawatha,​ Wattala on Tuesday,​ 9th April 2024,​ at 3.00 p.m. for a service and burial at St. Anne’s Church,​ Wattala.024431
