The Finance Ministry said that the salary of public sector employees for April will be paid before April 10. Finance State Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said that the allowance for state employees increased according to the budget proposals will also be added to the salary.
He said that in addition to the government employee’s salary this month, the increased government allowance of ten thousand rupees will be added. Siyambalapitiya further mentioned that the pension related to this month will also be paid before April 10.
