The State Minister was convinced of the potential CIS to manufacture in Sri Lanka and export to the region including India and Pakistan through several FTA’s that are already in place. Kula Sellathurai the investment promotion representative to Canada and Asanka Welagedara Director BOI accompanied the Minister on this occasion. Kula Sellathurai who was a leading figure in organizing theses investment promotion visits in Canada is also a prominent business figure in Canada.
