Lanka Sathosa has issued an announcement today stating that the price of 10 essential consumer goods has been reduced.
It will be in effect from 15 to 31 December, in view of the festive season.
Accordingly, the price reduction will be implemented from today onwards for the following items.
• Sathosa Milk Powder – reduced by Rs. 10
• Imported Canned Fish 425g – reduced by Rs.55
• Imported Canned Fish 255g – reduced by Rs. 10
• Local Canned Fish 425g – reduced by Rs. 20
• Imported Potatoes – reduced by Rs. 15
• Local Potatoes- reduced by Rs. 15
• Red Raw Rice 01kg – reduced by Rs. 15
• White Raw Rice 01kg – reduced by Rs. 05
• Chickpeas 01kg – reduced by Rs. 05
