President Ranil Wickremesinghe has issued an extra-ordinary gazette announcement bringing the Sahasya Investment Limited and National Equipment and Machinery Organization (NEMO) under the purview of the Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Development Ministry.
Previously Sahasya Investment Limited was under the Ministry of Transport and Highways, and National Equipment and Machinery Organisation was under the Urban Development and Housing Ministry.
The Amaradeva Aesthetic and Research Center has been placed under the Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs Ministry.
