Mount Clifford Residencies to reach completion without delay

International Construction Consortium has recommenced its residential project in the fast-developing city of Homagama, following the end of the countrywide lockdown and is confident that Mount Clifford Residencies will reach completion without any delays.

With the country re-opened, ICC has resumed constructions by strictly adhering to the health guidelines imposed by the authorities. Despite the stoppage of work, ICC is certain that the construction of Mount Clifford Residencies will be completed and ready to be handed over to owners by mid-2021 as planned initially, with the systematic planning and construction techniques used.

 The venture began in 2019 following the amazing success of the Mount Clifford Range project, which was carried out by ICC in partnership with NHDA where all of the 688 apartments were sold out in three months.

The new venture, comprise of two towers rising up to six floors, bearing 142 units. With ICC’s expertise, all the apartments are designed to give a priority to natural cross ventilation while maintaining the spacious factor. While the project had its ground breaking ceremony in July 2019, the Block A reached completion in October 2019, whereas the Block B is planned to be completed by August 2020 while the construction of the swimming pool is scheduled to start by the same month.

The upcoming Mount Clifford Residencies is high value for money as potential investors would get the entire urban living package starting from Rs. 10.7 million. The complex is easily accessible with it being located a stone’s throw away from the Homagama town and the Kottawa Southern Expressway.

ICC, established in 1980, enjoys a strong position in the local construction space and is recognized as one of the market leaders in the local construction sector.
