Showers expected in several provinces after 2pm

Except for a showers or thundershowers after 2.00 p.m. at a few places in Ratnapura, Galle, Matara, Hambanthota and Monaragala districts, said the Department of Meteorology.

Mainly fair weather will prevail over the most part of the island.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Nuwara-eliya district during the morning.
