FR filed by IGP re-fixed for support

The Fundamental Rights petition filed by Inspector General of Police Pujith Jayasundara seeking an interim order suspending President’s decision to send him on compulsory leave following the Easter Sunday bomb attacks was today re-fixed for support on November 13 by Supreme Court.

Supreme Court three-judge-bench comprised Justice Prasanna Jayawardena, Justice Preethi Padaman Surasena and Justice S. Thurairajah.
