Old Thomians win by eight wickets

Old Thomians Sports Club Mt. Lavinia beat Royal Kings Sports Club by eight wickets in their inter club Colombo District division three tournament cricket match worked off at Mt. Lavinia.

Batting first visitors were all out for 98 runs and in reply homesters notched up the required score for the loss of two wickets.

Royal Kigns SC – 98 in 26.3 overs – Dananjaya Fernando 35 Dilshan Mendis 2/12, Kishan Munasinghe 2/4, Vishad Perera 2/12, Dilmin Ratnayake 2/36.

Old Thomians SC – 99/2 in 20 overs – Dion Fernando 32, Shehan Silva 31 n.o.
