Motorcycle stolen at carnival

A motorcycle, belonging to a person who visited a fun fair at Galle Samanala Grounds on Thursday, was reportedly stolen, Galle Police said.

According to the complaint made to the police, the owner of the motorcycle had come to the premises around 9 pm and parked it behind the carnival grounds and entered the festival site. Later, after coming out of the carnival around midnight, he had found his motorcycle gone missing.

Galle Police are investigating.
