Officers in Grade III of the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service (SLEAS) were appointed as Assistant Education Directors (ADEs) in the Eastern Province Educational Zones.
Assistant Education Directors M.M. Sithy Fathima of Palamunai in the Addalaichenai DS division and Mathuri Mayooran of KolavI-2 in the Alayadivembu DS division were appointed to Akkaraipattu Zonal
Education Office, and they assumed duties as ADEs before Akkaraipattu Zonal Education Director A.M.Rahmathullah.
The ceremony to hand over appointment letters for them was held at the Eastern Province Education Ministry, Trincomalee recently.
The ceremony was presided over by Eastern Province Education Ministry Secretary H.E.M.W.G.Dissanayake.
Fourteen selected officers in Grade–III were appointed as AEDs at the Eastern Province Zonal Education offices.
