Nine saved from watery grave

Nine persons who fell into difficulties while sea bathing off the Eththukala coast were rescued by members of the Police Life Saving Unit between 2.45 p.m. and 5.35 p.m. on August 14.

Police said after giving first aid, three people who were in a serious condition were admitted to the Negombo Hospital.
