Sri Lanka cricket team confidence is very high when they meet Netherlands in their first super six round game today (30) at Bulawayo, commencing at 12.30 pm ( Sri Lanka time).

Sri Lanka team led by Dasun Shanaka will come into super six with an unbeaten record which is a boost to play super six round and hope to maintain their winning streak .Skipper Dasun Shanaka is little bit worried with his poor form but he wanted to come back strongly during super six. Opener Pathum Nissanka who hit a superb 75 in the last game against Scotland said the wicket was a bit slow and difficult to get runs as expected and Sri Lanka team could have got 20 to -30 more runs in the Scotland game. However bowlers and fielders did a good job to restrict Scottish team for 163 and won by 82 runs to come on top of the points table. Chameera tried to bowl last Wednesday during training but he still has pain on the right side of his chest and he might be out from this series and either Dilshan Madushanka or Dunith Wellalage will be added to the squad and later we will decide who will be in the final eleven.The Bulawayo wicket is getting much slower and some times Dunith Wellalage will replace Kasun Rajitha or it may be Madushanka for Rajitha but after final training session and observing the wicket we will decide on the replacement. Other then this change all other places remain unchanged. Already Dilshan Madushanka, Dunith Wellalage and Sahan Arachchige are in a separate hotel as stand by players and they are joining the team at training.

Sri Lanka defeated Netherlands in their warm up ODI before the qualifier tournament and we know their strength.But we know they beat West Indies also after high scoring game which was decided by super over.
