Subashini gets Silver Trophy at PEA 2021-2022

Deputy News Editor of Silumina Newspaper Subashini Jayaratna received the Silver Trophy of Commendation in the print media exploratory environmental reporting in the Sinhala category for the excellent contribution towards environmental conservation at the Presidential Environmental Awards (PEA) 2021-2022 from Environment Minister Naseer Ahamed on May 27 at BMICH, Colombo. Subashini, a graduate from the University of Colombo, has been working as a professional journalist for 25 years. The Central Environmental Authority (CEA) organised the award ceremony.
