Kaveen Fernando helps Maris Stella to score 239/3

Maris Stella College Negombo scored 239 runs for three wickets in day one against St. Aloysius College Galle in the semi final of the Under 19 Inter Schools Division One Tier ‘B’ - 2 Day Cricket tournament at Surrey grounds yesterday.

Kaveen Fernando, left hander and skipper of Maris Stella College Negombo scored 109 runs in 146 balls with 10 boundaries and a six. Shean Adithya scored 57 runs, Oshada Devinda claimed three wickets for 30 runs.

Match will continue today (4) for day two.
