Kerosene litre reduced by Rs.50

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO) yesterday announced the reduction of kerosene prices. Accordingly, the price of a litre of kerosene has been reduced by

 Rs.50 and a litre of kerosene will be available at Rs.305 per litre from yesterday.

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has endorsed the proposal made by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation to lower the kerosene price, the Presidential Media Division said

The price of a litre of kerosene has been reduced by Rs.50 to Rs.305 and industrial kerosene has been reduced by Rs 134 to Rs.330 as of midnight yesterday (1), the Presidential Media Division said.
