The Vishwakalabhimani 2023 Awards to recognise veteran artistes and media personalities was held under the patronage of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs Minister Vidura Wickramanayaka, at the Mahaweli Centre, Colombo, last Tuesday.
Herbert Perera, veteran photographer who is also the Kotte Pictures and Sports Correspondent for Lake House, celebrating his 46th anniversary as a senior photojournalist, won an award.
