College of Management and Technology Campus (CMT Campus), Kalmunai was opened by Chief Guest by the Governor of Melaka – Malaysia, Chancellor of Universiti Melaka (UNIMEL) and Universiti Technikal Malaysia Melaka (UteM) and President of Dunia Islam (DMDI) Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd, Ali bin Mohd. Rustam recently. This ceremony was held under the patronage of CMT Campus Chairman and former Eastern Provincial Councilor A.M. Jameel. Executive Directors M.A. Naleer and P.M. Naleem Mohideen organised the he ceremony.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the CMT Campus and Universiti of Melaka was signed.

Farhan, Kalmunai RDHS Office Planning Director Dr. M.C.M. Mahir, Local Politicians, CMT Campus Board of Management Officials, were present at the opening.
