Maintaining cordial Sri Lanka Lithuania ties

Deputy Minister of External Affairs and Diplomatic Relations of Youth Parliament Ahmath Sadique and Member of the Youth Parliament Mufthy Mueen met with Ambassador of Lithuania Julius Pranenvicius and Director Consular Affairs, Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Sri Lanka Kanchana Kodituwakku. The discussions centred around Higher Education, Sports and Leadership Skills for youth in Sri Lanka.

The Ambassador said that youths play an important role in the political domain of their country and said Sri Lanka has maintained a cordial relationship with Lithuania since the establishment of diplomatic relations 25 years ago.
