Sri Lankan Cyber Games up bringing from Noob Alliance

Esports is a term used to describe the competitive play of video games, and much like any athletic sporting events, Esports games are often played before live audiences and may be broadcast over the Internet as well.

Sri Lankan Esports has been on the rise lately, we have seen major events in the past few years attracting hundreds of viewers and with Esports being declared an official sport by the Ministry of Sports, is now on par with the rest of the world - who is now embracing this growing industry.

The competitive arena for Esports in Sri Lanka has been growing for the past decade with

gamers from across the island coming together to showcase their skills.

Noob Alliance is one of the largest Esports organizations in the country with over 200 Esports athletes and competing in over 20 Esports titles. Noob Alliance has been consistently ranked among the top 3 across the competition and noticeably, winning the title of Best Esports Organisation in 2018 at the national Esports awards handed out by the Sri Lankan Esports Association.

Ranging from team games such as Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, Dota 2, League of Legends, PUBG Mobile to Single player games such as Project Cars, Mortal Kombat and so much more.

Noob Alliance takes pride in hosting some of the most talented Esports athletes in these games who are currently holding a top 3 ranking in the local leaderboards.

Noob Alliance is also one of the few Esports organizations to compete internationally in titles such as PUBG Mobile, League of Legends and FIFA.

These Esports athletes are showcasing their skills on an international platform with organizations such as IESF (International Esports Federation) and promoting Sri Lanka in the Global Esports arena.
