Ravindu Rasantha remained unbeaten on 173, while Dinesh Chandimal struck 130, and the pair added a superb 225-run second-wicket stand as Colts CC piled up 390 for 3 at the close of play in their Major Club Three-Day Cricket match against Ace Capital CC at the Colts Grounds yesterday.
Rasantha hit 20 fours in his unbeaten knock, which came off 260 balls, while the experienced Chandimal scored a 119-ball 130, (16 fours and 2 sixes), to build their innings.
Meanwhile, opener Niroshan Dickwella scored 108 off 104 balls with 23 fours and 2 sixes as NCC made 283 in their match against Tamil Union at P. Sara Oval Stadium.
