Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation Minister Bimal Ratnayake and Deputy Minister Janitha Ruwan Kodithuwakku yesterday engaged in a special inspection visit of the Colombo Port. Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Managing Director and other officials of the Ports Authority also participated.
The Minister and the Deputy Minister visited the East Container Terminal, West Container Terminal, Jaya Container Terminal, CICT and SAGT. They discussed employee issues and gave instructions to solve them. They also discussed future development activities at the port.
