Sri Lanka witnessed its first-ever night golf tournament, the Canterbury Night Golf Masters 2024 on December 6 at the Canterbury Golf Club in Kahathuduwa, owned by Home Lands Skyline Pvt Ltd. Featuring over 80 top golfers from across the country, the event introduced T20-style excitement to golf at this par-3 course, adding a fast-paced, dynamic, and entertaining twist to the traditional game under lights.

The tournament crowned N. Thangaraja as the Male Champion and Anusha Senadhira as the Female Champion. They received Rs. 1 million worth of Life Memberships at the Canterbury Golf Club, in addition to exciting cash prizes and other gifts.

The event showcased the innovative vision of Nalin Herath, whose leadership at Home Lands Skyline Pvt Ltd has set new standards in residential and recreational living in Sri Lanka. Held at the country’s first-ever under-light golf course, located within the 55-acre Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments & Residencies, the tournament brought together luxury, nature, and world-class facilities in perfect harmony.
