Nuwan Bopage is Aragalaya activists’ candidate for Prez polls

People’s Struggle Alliance (PSA) formed by Aragalaya activists has named attorney-at-law Nuwan Bopage as the Presidential candidate for the party.

PSA convener Lahiru Weerasekera made the announcement during an event held at the Colombo Public Library Yesterday (29).

Lahiru Weerasekera said, “Having devoted his life and career to helping the common people achieve their goals, Nuwan Bopage has been selected as a Presidential candidate.” Bopage is a member of the recently established ‘Peoples Struggle Alliance’ and was an active member of the 2022 Aragalaya. He is also a human rights activist and civil organisation representative.
