IMF delegation here on January 11

Finance State Minister Shehan Semasinghe said that a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka on January 11.

The delegation will hold discussions with President Ranil Wickremesinghe as well as representatives of the Finance Ministry, Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Power and Energy Ministry during their stay in Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka has reached a positive level in the implementation conditions related to the International Monetary Fund’s fund facility and further steps to be followed in this regards are to be discussed.
