The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Trophy Tour’s Sri Lanka Leg commenced yesterday (14 Sep.), and was made available for public display at the World Trade Center.
The trophy was on display from 09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m., and was then be displayed at the One Galle Face Mall from 03:00 p.m. – 08:00 p.m.
On September 15, the trophy will be displayed to the Media with the participation of Sri Lanka ODI Captain Dasun Shanaka.
The trophy arrived in Sri Lanka after reaching 20 plus cricketing destinations, and following the completion of the Sri Lanka leg, the trophy will reach India, the host of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
