Police Sergeant Mayadunne adjudged “Mr. Matara”

The “Mr. Matara” Bodybuilding Championship was held recently at the Matara Cooperative Hall.

Police Sergeant 12190 Mayadunne, who represented the Sri Lanka Police, won the first place in the weight class of the 70 kilo game event and Police Constable 79430 Baranasuriya won the third place in the same event.

The overall second position in the overall series title category was won by the Police Sergeant 12190 Mayadunne.

The competitors were trained under the guidance of Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police Ajith Rohana, Chairman of the Police Bodybuilding Association, Senior Superintendent of Police DG Hemal Prashanth, Secretary of the Bodybuilding Association and coach Niranjan Kumara.
