Two suspects arrested for growing cannabis

Wariyapola Police arrested a suspect for growing cannabis in a garden in Ginimanna in the Wariyapola Police Division last Friday (26).

Fifty cannabis plants had been seized.

Fifty two-year-old garden owner was also arrested.

The cannabis plants are about 10 feet tall, Police said.
