Ministry of Finance circular to cut down expenses of Government Departments by 6%

Ministry of finance issued National Budget Circular 01/2023 for the Curtailment of recurrent provisions appropriated for the year 2023 by 6%. All chief accounting officers of Ministries and Departments are required to cut down recurrent expenditure by at least 6% under the Budget Estimate for the year 2023.
