New Zealand High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Michael Appleton called on Navy Commander Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Navy Headquarters on January 20 and congratulated him for being appointed as the 25th Navy Commander in Sri Lanka. The ensuing discussion between them mainly focused on several matters of bilateral importance.
