A commemorative event to mark the 14th death anniversary of the Sunday Leader Founder/Editor-in-Chief Lasantha Wickrematunge, was held yesterday at his graveside at the Borella Cemetery with the participation of family, friends, colleagues and others.
Grade 6, 7, and 8 students of Gurukula Education Institute, Meerigama celebrated Christmas Day recently showcasing their talents including an ‘English Workshop’ by the Ceylon Linguists Club under the guidance of the founder, psychotherapist, counsellor, and lecturer of English Didula Weerasekara.
