Two youth drown, another rescued in Beruwala sea

Two youths who went swimming in the seas off Magalkanda in Beruwala got caught in heavy currents and was drowned yesterday (15). Another youth who was rescued by the residents was admitted to the Nagoda General Hosptial. The deceased has been identified as Prabhan Kaushalya, 19 and Chalana Dilshan 20, of Beruwala. Police said that the victims were relatives.

The Beruwala Police and the residents took great efforts to rescue the youths in mishap.
