Sri Lanka Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR) has expanded its team in Colombo by appointing internationally acclaimed Sales and Marketing professional Neluka De Alwis as the ‘Chief Marketing and Sales Officer’.
Neluka is a visionary Sales and Marketing professional within the Real Estate sector in Sri Lanka with an track record of marketing high-rise apartments across some of the most iconic projects in Colombo for over 24 years and extensive experience in handling local and international clients. During her career, she has received accolades for her achievements at multiple award shows. She was named one of ‘Top 50 Women Leaders in Asia’ by CMO Asia (2016), received the ‘Woman Super Achiever’ award at the 5th World Women Leadership Congress (WWLC) in Mumbai (2018), was recognized as a ‘Woman Super Achiever’ in the Real Estate Sector at CMO Asia’s 10th anniversary celebrations (2019) and was also picked to be among ‘Top 400 Women from over 50 nationalities’ at the 6th World Women Leadership Congress (WWLC) in Mumbai (2019).
Neluka’s appointment will help enhance the sales and marketing efforts of SIR’s Sri Lanka operations with a special focus on one of Colombo’s most prestigious developments – Sapphire Residences comprising 132 sky mansions at the prime Galle face ocean front which is on course to complete in 2023. Sri Lanka SIR is the global sales & marketing service provider for Sapphire Residences.
