High achievers felicitated

Thamilvanan Thuwaragesh who came first in the island in the Bio Science stream was felicitated by the principal, staff and students of St. Michael’s College, Batticaloa, yesterday (31).

Bishop of Batticaloa Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Ponniah presented an award to Thuwaragesh in the presence of his parents.

The high achievers of GCE A/L in the Engineering and the Management streams in Batticaloa were taken in procession from the school up to Batticaloa clock tower and back.
