The Old Boys’ Union of St. Benedict’s College will hold its117th Annual General Meeting on June 25, at St. Benedict’s College auditorium.
The OBU of St. Benedict’s College is one of the most senior and pioneering alumni of private Catholic schools. St. Benedict’s College with a history of 157 years is the oldest Catholic school in Sri Lanka and the alumni of St. Benedict’s College Old Boys’ Union is 117 years.
The Old Boys’ Union of St. Benedict’s College has over 15 overseas branches. The OBU organizes and initiates projects for the College, for old boys, students, Faculty and all related stakeholders.
The OBU has over the past several years carried out many initiatives including major CSR projects to help the College, the community and the staff during the pandemic crisis and also during difficult times.
The incumbent Director/Principal of St. Benedict’s College, Rev. Bro. (Dr.) Pubudu Rajapaksha is also the President of the Old Boys’ Union.
