Managing Director George Paul of Infinity Vacations (Pvt) Ltd was elected President of Sri Lanka Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) YOUTH COMMITTEE for the year 2022/23at their annual general meeting held recently.
Speaking on his election George Paul said: “I am privileged and humbled to be elected as the President of Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators - Youth Arm. At a time when the Industry we all have been working hard needs extra attention, as the President of a bunch of talented youth professionals in the country, I’m very much looking forward to putting our best effort for a quick turnaround.”
“ Retaining skilled employees in the trade, empowering rural communities, ensuring a fair distribution of income generated through tourism, initiating digitalization of the industry to be able to handle the increasing demand in the next 5-10 years will be our main focus areas.”
My special thanks also goes to to Sri Lankan Cares, the CSR arm of the National Career for joining hands with us to help the communities in need.”
