A customer who ordered some short eats from a hotel in Jaffna was in for a nasty surprise last Sunday as he found a 20 Rupee note inside an egg patty.
The disturbed customer had confronted the hotel owner and an argument had ensued.However, later he had come for an amicable settlement after the hotel owner had tendered an apology. The consumer has not lodged a complaint with either the health authorities or the Police.
