5G device GT global release on June 15

One of the fastest-growing smartphone brands in the world, realme launched its budget-friendly C11 2021 phone to Sri Lankan audiences last month. It comes with a 5000mAh battery, based on Android 11, OTG reverse charging, 6.5-inch screen, allowing the users to enjoy smart tech life.

Previously on June 3, realme at a global 5G Summit declared that it would enable 100 million young consumers to use 5G smartphones within the next three years. The g unveiling of a flagship phone, realme GT on June 15, will help to achieve this target.

With “Sheer Speed Flagship” as its slogan, the powerful realme GT flagship phone, is seen as a superphone among realme offerings, epitomizes the company’s “Dare to Leap” spirit by integrating cutting-edge design and technology while capturing the original essence of the Grand Touring (GT) experience that the youth crave. Interestingly, in conjunction with June 15 realme GT global launch scheduled at UTC+1 01:00 PM, realme will also announce its latest AIoT strategy with a host of new AIoT products under realme TechLife.

realme’s first flagship smartphone of 2021, the realme GT saw a high reception in the market. By bringing realme GT to new markets overseas, the smartphone brand for youth is now determined to set new standards in flagship experiences among such consumers worldwide. In 2020, realme launched 14 5G devices in 21 markets, accounting for around 40% of all its products. By 2022, the company aims to increase the number of its 5G offerings to over 20, upping the ratio to 70% across 50 markets.

realme also plans to take the industry lead in launching a 5G mobile phone at a US$100 price point in the next few years. In such a backdrop, realme affirmed its commitment to become a “popularizer of 5G”.
