Volleyball, Netball, Elle Player and Cricketer Aluthmughandiramlage Dahamvi Thisathma Lakmali brought honour and fame to her Alma Mater Wekada Maha Vidyalaya Dahamvi was born on 6th October 2005. In 2011 she was admitted to her neighbouring school Rathnajothi Primary and her then Principal was Mrs. Jessica and her first class teacher was Mrs. Kusum.
She was in this school from 2011 to 2015 and she did not take part in any sports and from there she was drafted to Wekada Maha Vidyalaya Dankotuwa in 2016 and in the same year she participated in the Inter House under eleven Sports Meet and her house team were victorious in volleyball. In 2017 and 2018 they had Inter House Elle Tournaments and she represented her house. In 2019 and 2020 too they had their Inter House Cricket Tournaments and she did well.
In the mean time in 2018 she attended school volleyball practices under the guidance of her parents A. M. Lakmal and Manusha Surangika and came under their Coach and Prefect of Games Saman Bandara and in 2019 her school came second in Divisional and third in Zonal Tournaments and participating in the District DSI Tournament her school were Runners Up and were among the Best Eight Teams of the District. Her Principal is always supportive of Thisathma Lakmali.
