‘Tuition classes to resume after April 12’

Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi yesterday said in Parliament that permission will be granted to conduct tuition classes after April 12.

The maximum number of students in a class should be limited to 100 and every class should keep one meter between seats. The Minister was responding to Parliamentarian B.Y.G. Rathnasekara. She said that private tuition classes will be allowed to resume operations two weeks after the commencement of schools as per the guidelines issued by the Director-General of Health Services.
