Premier Packaging International (Pvt) Ltd, a forerunner in printing industry of tea bag tags and envelopes, was the proud winner of Bronze Award for Supplies for Exporters sector, medium category at the 28th Annual NCE Exports Awards.
The premier awards ceremony conducted by the National Chamber of Exporters was held at Shangri La Hotel on February 25, 2021. Having established way back in 2012, as a subsidiary of the Imperial Teas Group, Premier Packaging International (Pvt) Ltd saw a tremendous success over the years. The company is engaged in the printing of tea bag tags and envelopes for exporters and the local industry, based on the specific quality requirements of the customers.
The main factory, located at Kelaniya, is equipped with jumbo paper slitters, re-winders, online / offline slitting facilities and printing facilities. It is capable of making Flexo print on both sides and with UV varnishing on paper base materials and laminations. The company produces tags and envelopes in a multitude of colors to suit client’s expectations and to suite many types of tea bagging machineries the tea industry in Sri Lanka are currently using to produce tea bags.
