A garbage recycling project has commenced in the Kirinda Puhulwella Pradeshiya Sabha (PS). PS Chairman S.Hetiarachchi said that the project is functioning now in Wahtucolakanda, Puhulwella.
Farmer organisations of Kirinda, Puhulwella use compost manure since the prices are very low.
The PS Chairman said that the project will boost compost manure production.
It will also protect the environment, he said.
