AG submits further Rs 100mn interim claim to ‘MT New Diamond’ owners

Attorney General Dappula De Livera today submitted a further claim Rs.100 Million to the owners of the blazed crude oil tanker ‘MT New Diamond’ vessel for cost incurred to assist in extinguishing the fire and the costs incurred in connection with the fire, increasing the total claim to Rs 440 million.
