Italy relaxes travel advisory

Italy has relaxed its travel advisory with advice to exercise the utmost caution, keeping the attention threshold in all circumstances.

The statement update on travel said the security situation in Sri Lanka is gradually returning to normal even if a state of emergency is still in force until June (21).

The statement further mentions travellers are advised to take information before and during the journey through the media, local authorities and security representatives on the evolution of the situation.
