On information received by the Navy, a troop of naval personnel attached to the Northern Naval Command searched a person who was riding his motor bike along the road in front of the main gate of SLNS Kanchadewa, yesterday.
While searching, 2 kg of Kerala Cannabis hidden in the person’s bag and a sum of Rs 4,610 were recovered.
The apprehend person, stock of KG, recovered money and the motor bike were handed over to Kayts Police for onward legal action.
