Financial support to purchase lands

Twenty five families in high risk natural disaster areas in Kegalle received financial support yesterday to purchase lands from risk free areas.

Each of the families affected by the recent heavy rains in Kegalle, received Rs. 400,000. The families are from Belihulwana, Bogala, Godigamuwa, Higgoda, Athurupana, Nilapalagammana, Hungampola, Rotuwa, Mabopitiya, Thalewala and Bulugahadeniya Grama Niladhari Divisions.
