Henry Pedris Ground will go to Isipathana College

Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Faizer Musthafa has instructed Colombo Municipal Council officials to hand over the Henry Pedris playground at Colombo 5 to Isipathana College.

The decision was made on the instructions of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Isipathana College has functioned for 62 years without a playground. 

The Department of Government Information said that once the MoU is signed, both the CMC and the school will be responsible for maintaining the grounds.
